September 25, 2009- APCO/ArCon is pleased to announce it has been awarded the construction of Sinjil Road  and overlay in Jiljilia under the USAID Infrastructure Needs Program (INP-I). The scope of this project requires construction of 2.9km of Sinjil Road and overlay of 0.69 km in Jiljilia at a total construction cost of $1.06 million. Project is scheduled to be completed in May 2010.

September 24, 2018- APCO/ArCon is pleased to announce it has been awarded the construction of Qabatya- Zababida – Al Kufeir – Tubas Road project under the USAID Infrastructure Needs Program (INP-1).
The scope of this project requires the rehabilitation of a total length of 13.1 km of major roadway linking between Qabatya, Zababida, Al Kufeir and Tubas towns, including street widening, milling and overlay of 1200 L.M in Al Zababida city at a total construction cost of $6.8 million.
Project is scheduled to be completed in July 2010.

September 24, 2009- APCO/ArCon is pleased to announce it has been awarded the construction of Ein- Shibli – Al Hamra Checkpoint Road project under the USAID Infrastructure Needs Program (INP-I). Ein Shibly Al Hamra Road is considered a regional road that connects the West Bank's Central and Northern Districts (Nablus, Tubas, Jenin, Salfit, and Tulkarm), the Jordan Valley.
The scope includes re-construction of 7.0 km of major roadway between Ein Shibly – Al Hamra, at a total construction cost of $4.2 million. Project is scheduled to be completed in May 2010.

September 24, 2009- APCO/ArCon is pleased to announce it has been awarded the construction of Ezzariya Eastern Entrance Road project under the USAID Infrastructure Needs Program (INP-I). The scope of this project requires the rehabilitation of approximately 3.85 km of the main thoroughfare connecting southern and northern West Bank at a total cost of $5.5 million. Project is scheduled to be completed in June 2010.
