Police, Fire, and Court facility located on a central site within the tribal land of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe. The public areas are all connected and contain a separate meeting/training room.
The Court building portion on the right contains a courtroom, Magistrate's hearing room, victim advocates office, Judge's Chambers and general court offices.
The Police building portion in the middle, contains a victim advocate lounge, juvenile holding cell, booking room, two interview rooms, security vestibule, property equipment room, male/female locker rooms, investigations, training room, surveillance equipment room, two holding cells, and two security garages.
The Fire Station portion contains a four-bay, drive-thru apparatus room with two existing pumper trucks and one tanker truck. Male and female locker rooms to suit the personnel as well as a kitchen and day room.
