The Instructional Resource Center features a large lecture room where live satellite presentations can be simulcast to 400-500 students, and a smaller lecture room which can hold 60-70 students with ceiling mounted projectors and screen. Also included in the facility are multiple math rooms and a physics lab with lecture space, capable of hanging experimental equipment from the building structure. The science area contains a chemistry lab, an AP chemistry lab with multiple exhaust hoods, a prep room for cleaning of equipment and storage of chemicals, and a biology lab with demonstration table. There is a computer lab with desktop and laptop computers. This building also has a greenhouse and butterfly house, a student lounge and faculty offices.
